Tax Payers NOTICE TO TAX PAYERS AND ALL OTHERS INTERESTED IN PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE TOWN OF BOYN.,TON, PALM BEACH COUN, T,Y~ FLORIDA. At a Special Meetin~ of the Board of Town Commissioners of the Town of Boynton, Florida, held on the 1Vth day of April, A.Do, 1929, Commissioner S. L. Swindall moved the adoption of the following Resolution:- WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and advisable and to the best interests of the Town of Boynton, T.~lorida, that a just ar~ equitable value be placed upon all of the Taxable Property within the said Town of Boynton, for the purpose of compiling the Tax Roll for the Year 1929; and WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and advisable that the Board of Town Commissioners of the Town of Boynton, Florida, call a Mass Meeting of the Taxpayers of the Town of Boynton, Florida, to be held Tuesday evening, April 23rd, 1929, at the hour of V:30 o'clock P.M., at the Boynton Beach Casino, for the p~rpose of electin~ a Board of Five Appraisers, each from a different section of the Town of Boynton, Florida, for the purpose of appraising the Taxable Property within the Corporate Limits of the Town of Boynton, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Town Commissioners of the Town of Boynton, Florida, call a Mass Meeting of the Taxpayers of the Town of Boynton, Florida, to be held Tuesday evening, April 2~rd, 19~9, at the hour of V:$0 o'clock P.M., at the Boynton Beach Casino, for the purpose of electing a Board of Wive Appraisers, each from a different section of the Town of Boynton, Wlorida, for the purpose of appraising the Taxable Property within the Corporate Limits of the Town of Boynton, Florida. Commissioner H. T. Holloway seconded the motion for the adoption of the above and foregoing Resolution, and upon being put to a vote, the followin~ vote was had thereon: Commissioner H. T. Swindall, duly elected, qualified and acting Town Clerk of the Town of Boynton, in Palm Beach County, Florid~ do hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution is a true and correct copy of a Resolution that was duly adopted at a Special Meeting of the Board of Town Commissioners of the Town of Boynton, Florida, held on the 17th day of April, A.D., 1929.
