RESOLUTION
THE BANK OF BOYNTON IS DULY QUALIFIED TO
BE TIE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY OF PUNDS OF
THE TOWN OF BOYNTON
WHEREAS ~ The Bank of Boynton is a bank located wi thin
t-m Town of Boynton, Florida am
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Town Commission to
to designate a depository for the Funds of the Town of
Boynton~ Florida, and~
WHEREAS ~ it appears that lire Bank of Boynt on is duly
qualified to be the Official neposi tory of funds of the
Town of Boynton~ Florida,
Now, Therefore Be It Resolved by t~ Town Commission
of the Town of Boynton~ F1orlda~ that 'the Bank of
Boynton be and is hereby appointed the Official Depository
of Funds of the Town of Boynton, Florida
