R99-008 RESOLUTION NO. R99~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF SURETY IN THE
AMOUNT OF $30,000.00 ON DEPOSIT FOR VIA
LUGANO EXCAVATION AND FILL PROJECT TO
ODUM, INC.; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach received surety from
Odum, Inc. for excavation and fill project for Via Lugano,
which work has now been satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the surety was deposited in the amount of
Thirty Thousand and 00/100($30,000.00) Dollars as surety to
guarantee completion of the improvements; and
WHEREAS, according to city staff, the project has been
completed and has exhibited no defects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, based upon the recommendation of
staff, hereby approves the release of surety in the amount
of $30,000.00 to Odum, Inc.
Section 2. That this
effective immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this
Resolution shall become
day of February, 1999.
