A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A TEMPORARY
EASEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
AND VILLAGE ROYALE ON THE GREEN, REGARDING
IMPROVEMENTS TO GATEWAY BOULEVARD; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City has determined that it serves a municipal and public
purpose to widen, re-construct and re-build Gateway Boulevard, and provide for the
tying in and harmonizing of driveways, access points, road structures, drainage
known as Gateway
facilities and any other structures, to the adjacent roadway,
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the C1TY desires a temporary construction easement for the
purpose of completing work set forth in said easement, which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE C]:TY COMI~I:I:SSTON OF
THE CTTY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORTDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby
authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Temporary Easement
between the City of Boynton Beach and Village Royale on the Green (VRG), which
Agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
