AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
AMENDING APPENDIX C. SUBDIVISIONS,
PLATTING, ARTICLE VIII, SECTION 5.D.7.;
PROVIDING THAT EACH AND EVERY OTHER TERM
AND PROVISION OF APPENDIX C. SHALL
REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS
PREVIOUSLY ENACTED; PROVIDING A
CONFLICTS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING AUTHORITY
TO CODIFY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach has reviewed Appendix C. Subdivisions, Platting,
Article VIII, Section 5.D.7. of the City Code of Ordinances
and has determined that an amendment thereto is necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE~ IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. Appendix C. SubdiviSions, Platting,
Article VIII, Section 5.D.7. of the Code of Ordinances, City
of Boynton Beach, Florida, is hereby amended by adding the
words and figures in underlined type, and by deleting the
words and figures in struck-through type as follows:
Section 5.D.7.
7. Prior to completing the
requirements of the final plat section
of this article, building permits shall
not be issued for any structure on. a lot
wherein the final plat has not been
recorded in the manner prescribed,
unless the recording of the plat is not
required by Article VI of this

Section 2. Each and every other provision of
Appendix C. Article VIII. Code of Ordinances of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, shall remain in full force and
effect as previously enacted.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 4. Should any section or provision of this
ordinance or portion hereof, any paragraph, sentence, or
word be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the remainder of
this ordinance.
