AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
AMENDING APPENDIX A, ZONING, SECTION
6.C.l.cc. AND 1B.d., ALLOWING FOR REPAIR
OF MOTOR VEHICLES SUBJECT TO CERTAIN
LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS; PROVIDING
THAT EACH AND EVERY OTHER TERM AND
PROVISION OF APPENDIX A - ZONING SHALL
REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT' AS
PREVIOUSLY ENACTED; PROVIDING A
CONFLICTS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING AUTHORITY
TO CODIFY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE~DATE;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach has reviewed Section 6 of Appendix A of the City
Zoning Code and has determined that an amendment thereto is
necessary to conform future uses of property to the City's
Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFOr, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. Appendix A - Zoning, Section 6.C.l.cc.
of the Code of Ordinances, City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
is hereby amended by adding the words and figures in
underlined type and by deleting the words and figures in
struck-through type., as follows:
Section 6.C.l.cc.
1. Uses permitted.

Section 3. Each and every other provision of
Appendix A-Zoning of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, shall remain in full force and
effect as previously enacted.
Section 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 5. Should any section or provision of this
ordinance or portion hereof, any paragraph, sentence, or
word be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the remainder of
this ordinance.
