A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING

T~E PALM BEACH UOUNTY LEAGUE OF CITIES, AND
APPOINTING ALL CITY COMMISSION MEMBERS, _AND
THE CITY MANAGER AS ALTERNATE
REPRESENTATAWES TO THE PALM BEACH COUNTY
LEAGUE OF CITIES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is entitled
to representation on the Palm Beach County League of Cities; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has considered the qualifications necessary for
~uch representation and wishes to bestow upon the following named individuals such right
~nd honor of service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
FItE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby ratified and confirmed as
~eing true and correct and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby
appoints ~I~L ]~[~,~xl as a representative to the League of Cities and

appoints any City Commission member and City Manager as alternate representative to the
Palm Beach County League of Cities.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
