O89-35AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 89-10 TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S ERROR CONTAINED THEREIN RELATING TO THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF AN ANNEXED PARCEL OF LAND; PROVIDING THAT EACH AND EVERY OTHER TERM AND PROVISION OF ORDINANCE NO. 89-10 SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS PREVIOUSLY ENACTED; PROVIDING FOR RECORDING WITH THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, on the 20th day of June, 1989, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, duly adopted Ordinance No. 89-10; and WtIEREAS, it appears that a scrivener's error was made in the legal description of a certain annexed parcel of land; and WttEREAS, the City Commission now desires to correct said scrivener's error. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CIT~ COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 89-10 is hereby amended by adding the words and figures in underlined type as follows: The north half (N 1/2) of the south half (S 1/2) of the northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of the northwest guarter (NW 1/4) of section 7, township 45 south, range 43 east, Palm Beach County, Florida, excepting therefrom a strip of land 40 feet in width on each side of the centerline of the county road and excepting any right-of-way for any and all public roads and easements, restrictions of record; containing approximately 10 acres. Section 2: Each and every other provision of Ordinance No. 89-10 shall remain in full force and effect as previously enacted. Section 3: This Ordinance, after adoption, shall be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Palm Beach Cuonty, Florida.
