A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE REDUCTION OF SURETY IN
THE FORM OF A LETTER OF CREDIT (NO. SM-
49560-095) FOR CITRUS PARK A/K/A BOYNTON
ESTATES FROM $145,977.33, TO $45,977.33,
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, staff has verified the status of completion of
the required site improvements on the above property; and
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of staff, the City
Commission does deem it to be in the best interest of the
residents and citizens to authorize areduction of surety
for Citrus Park a/k/a Boynton Estates from $145,977.33 to
$45,977.33
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, T~IAT:
Section 1 The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, based upon the recommendation of
staff, hereby approves a
