A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
AND APPROVING THE ALLEY WHICH RUNS EAST
AND WEST, BETWEEN N. E. 4TH STREET AND U.S. 1
(BEHIND THE CAFE~ BARRISTA) BE NAMED
"BARRISTA WAY"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission, upon recommendation of staff, does
hereby authorize and approve the alley, which runs east and west, between N.E.
4th Street and U.S., (behind the Caf6 Barrista) be named "Barrista Way"; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
hereby authorizes and approves the alley which runs east and west, between
N.E. 4th Street and U.S. 1, (behind Caf6 Barrista), be named "Barrista Way".
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately.
