A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RESCINDING AND VACATING A
WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH AND FLORIDA AFFORDABLE HOUSING, INC,; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, on .luly 27, 1997, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
executed a Water Service Agreement between the City of Boynton Beach and Florida Affordable
Housing, Inc., which Agreement was to be held in escrow until a pending sale between the
developer and Florida Affordable Housing was concluded; and
WHEREAS, the above sale was not consummated, and the attorney for Florida
Affordable .Housing, Inc., has requested that said Agreement be rescinded and vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1-1' RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, upon
recommendation of staff, does hereby rescind and vacate the Water Service Agreement
between the City of Boynton Beach and Florida Afforda hie Housing.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
