WEDNESDAY, MARCH 9, 1988 AT 5:15 P. M.
PRESENT
Nick Cassandra, Mayor
Ralph Marchese, Vice Mayor
Ezell Hester, Commissioner
Leonard Mann, Commissioner
ABSENT
Dee Zibelli, Commissioner (Excused)
Mayor Cassandra called the meeting to order at 5:15 P.M.
AGENDA APPROVAL
The agenda was accepted as presented.
RECEIPT OF GENERAL ELECTION RETURNS
Mayor Cassandra asked if the general election returns had
been confirmed as accurate and Mrs. Boroni informed him the
verification from the Supervisor of Elections was mailed
today. Vice Mayor Marchese moved to accept the general
election returns contingent upon verification from the
Elections Board, seconded by Commissioner Hester. Motion
carried 4-0.
PROCLAMATION OF RUNOFF ELECTION
Mayor Cassandra read the proclamation proclaiming that a
runoff election will be held on March 22, 1988, to elect
one Commissioner from District IV.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Cassandra declared
the meeting adjourned at 5:18 P. M.
