WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 1988 AT 5:15 P. M.

Vice Mayor Marchese called the meeting to order at 5:17 P.M.
aGENDA APPROVAL
.~ommissioner Zibelli moved to approve the agenda as sub-
litted, seconded by Commissioner Hester. Motion carried
~CEIPT OF NOMINATING PETITIONS
{rs. Boroni announced in accordance with Section 2-42 of the
~oynton Beach Code of Ordinances, the following have filed
lominating petitions containing 25 signatures certified by
:he Supervisor of Elections, paid the $25 filing fee, and
lave sworn under oath they are duly qualified to hold office
~or the commissioner seat on District IV:
Robert Olenik, Jr.
Veoletta Wright
Dee L. Zibelli
~rs. Boroni continued that Commissioner Hester is unopposed
~or the District II commissioner seat and his name will not
tppear on the ballot.
2ommissioner Hester moved to approve, seconded by
~ommissioner Zibelli. Motion carried 4-0.
PROCLAMATION OF GENERAL ELECTION
;ice Mayor Marchese read the proclamation in its entirety
)roclaiming that a General Election will be held on March 8,
~988, to elect one Commissioner from District IV and a
~pecial Referendum Election will be held at the same time to
;ote on four charter amendments.

~ommissioner Zibelli moved to adjourn and the meeting was
~roperly adjourned at 5:23 P. M.
