A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING RESOLUTION R94-149, PROVIDING
FOR AND APPROVING AN ADJUSTED FEE
SCHEDULE FOR THE BOYNTON BEACH
MUNTCTPAL GOLF COURSE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
deems it necessary to set forth uniform fees and policies for the use of its
Municipal Golf Course; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COHI~IISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:.
Section 1.. A listing of rates for various services for the Boynton Beach
Municipal Golf Course is attached as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
