A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING CARL MCKOY AS
A VOTING DELEGATE TO REPRESENT THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH AT THE FLORIDA LEAGUE
OF CITIES, INC., 78th ANNUAL CONFERENCE TO BE
HELD AUGUST 19-21, 2004; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Florida League of Cities Annual Conference will be held on
August 19-21, 2004; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach is entitled and urged to appoint one
foting delegate to said Conference and wishes to bestow upon the following named
ndividual such right and honor of service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
)F THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby ratified and confirmed
ts being true and correct and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
~ereby appoints Carl McKoy as a voting delegate to the 78th Annual Florida League of
2ities Annual Conference.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
