A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE C1TY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING RESOLUTION R94-96, AMENDING
PRICES AND FEES FOR CEMETERY LOTS,
OPENINGS' AND CLOSINGS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Code of Ordinances provides that the City
Commission shall from time to time, by Resolution, provide for the sale of
cemetery lots, fix the price to be charged therefor, and the terms and conditions
of such sales, and shall fix the schedule of fees to be charged for permits,
burials, openings and closings, and other services; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
deems it to be in the best interests of the citizens and residents of the City to
amend prices for lots as well as increase the fees for opening and closings, due
to increased costs in operation of the cemetery.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE C]:TY_ COMM:~SSTON
OF THE CTTY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORTDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
hereby establishes rates as follows:
A. BOYNTON BEACH MEMORIAL PARK
Lot Sale Prices:
City resident or City property owner

Non-City resident or property owner
Per lot 750.00
Infant plot (up to 4 years) resident
Or non-resident 50.00
Resident rate for small lot for 2
