A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING RATES FOR
THE LINKS AT BOYNTON BEACH FOR FISCAL
YEAR 04-05; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of staff, the City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida deems it appropriate to establish rates for The Links a t Boynton
Beach for Fiscal Year 2004-05, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission does hereby approve the rates for The Links
at Boynton Beach for fiscal year 2004-05, as set forth on the attached Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this ~ day of August, 2004.
