A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING A FULL RELEASE OF
RESTORATION CASH SURETY IN THE AMOUNT
OF $3,608.00 TO GORCO CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS
GUARDIAN STORAGE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on May 1 8, 1998, Marc LaBossiere, P.A., escrow agent
for Gorco Construction Co., submitted a check in the amount of $3,608.00,
representing surety for restoration, if needed, in connection with Permit No.
98-2037 - Guardian Storage Excavation and Fill Project; and
WHEREAS. City staff is satisfied that the project has been completed
in substantial conformance with the approved plans and specifications; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, based
upon the recommendation of city staff has determined that the 93,608.00
cash surety should be released to Gor¢o Construction Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, based upon the recommendation of staff, hereby approves a release
of the cash surety in the amount of 93,608.00 to Gorco Construction Co.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
