A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF CASH SURETY
IN THE AMOUNT OF $36,581.60 ON DEPOSIT
FOR NORTH FEDERAL HIGHWAY WEST R-O-W
LANDSCAPE 1997 PROJECT TO MAC LEAN
LANDSCAPING; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach received cash surety
from MacLean Landscaping for the North Federal Highway West
right-of-way Landscape 1997 project, which work has now been
satisfactorily completed; and
WHEREAS, the cash surety was deposited in the amount of
Thirty Six Thousand Five Hundred Eighty One and
60/100($36,581.60) Dollars as surety to guarantee completion
of the improvements; and
WHEREAS, according to city staff, the project has been
completed and has exhibited no defects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section l~ The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, based upon the recommendation of
staff, hereby approves the release of cash surety in the
amount of $36,581.60 to MacLean Landscaping.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become
effective immediately upon passage.
