A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA DESIGNATING MAYOR GERALD
TAYLOR, VICE MAYOR SHIRLEY
JASKIEWlCZ, COMMISSIONERS NELLIE
DENAHAN AND JAMES TITCOMB AS
ALTERNATE DELEGATES TO THE
METROPOLITAN PLANNING
ORGANIZATION; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is
entitled to representation on the Metropolitan Planning Organization; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach has
deemed it to be in the best interest of the citizens and residents of the City to
ensure that the City of Boynton Beach has a vote at all Metropolitan Planning
Organization meetings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION

OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,' FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby ratified and
confirmed as being true and correct and i.ncorporated herein by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
hereby appoints Mayor Gerald Taylor, Vice Mayor Shidey Jaskiewicz and City
Commissioners Nellie Denahan and James Titcomb as alternate representatives
to the Metropolitan Planning Organization.
Section 3. This Resolution supercedes all previous Resolutions
appointing alternate delegates to the Metropolitan Planning Organization.
SeCtion 4. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
