A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION
DESIGNATING THE MAYOR AND ALL CITY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AS
ALTERNATE DELEGATES TO THE
MUNICIPAL LEAGUE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is
entitled to representation on the Municipal League; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach has
deemed it to be in the best interest of the citizens and residents of the City to
ensure that the City of Boynton Beach has a vote at all Municipal League
meetings,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby ratified and
confirmed as being true and correct and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
hereby appoints the Mayor and all City Commissioners as
representatives to the Municipal League.
Section 3. This Resolution supercedes all previous
appointing alternate delegates to the Municipal League.
Section 4. That this Resolution shall become effective
upon passage.
