A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING
THE DONATION OF SURPLUS, OBSOLETE, DARK
ROOM EQUIPMENT TO THE CONGRESS COMMUNITY
MIDDLE SCHOOL; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, upon recommendation
of staff and at the request of Congress Community Middle School, has deemed it to be in the
best interests of the citizens and residents of the City, to donate surplus dark room equipment
to the Congress Community Middle School;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach hereby does donate to
Congress Community Middle School, surplus dark room equipment which has not been
utilized by the City in many years.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
