O90-49 ORDINANCE NO. 90- Jj9 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 90-37, PROVIDING FOR A CAP OF CERTAIN FEES, AND ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR HYDRANT FLOW TESTING; PROVIDING FOR A CONFLICTS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on September 18, 1990, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, adopted Ordinance Number 90-37 regarding fire safety inspections; and WHEREAS, in the implementation it was process ; I ,I I determined to place a cap on fees if certain fire safety protection devices had been installed; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Ordinance No. 90-37.
