R06-017 RESOLUTION NO. R06- 0 II A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY TO PROVIDE UNDERGROUND ELECTRICAL SERVICE TO NEW FIRE STATION NO. 2 ON WOOLBRIGHT ROAD; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Florida Power and Light Company requires an easement to provide underground electrical service to the new fire station facility; and WHEREAS, the City Commission upon recommendation of staff, deems it appropriate to grant an Easement to Florida Power and Light Company, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: Section 1. The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution upon adoption hereof. Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida does hereby grant an Easement to Florida Power and Light Company to provide underground electrical service to new Fire Station No.2 on Woolbright Road. Section 3. That the City Clerk will record this Grant of Easement in the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida. Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
