R06- of} 2 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE 4 CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, GRANTING 5 AN EASEMENT TO FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT 6 COMPANY TO PROVIDE A POWER FEED SOURCE 7 RELATED TO THE CITY'S INCA PROJECT; AND 8 PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 9 10 WHEREAS, Florida Power and Light Company performed an inspection of existing II power lines and agreed to install the additional power supply to meet requirements for the 12 newly designed pumping system related tot he City's INCA project; and 13 WHEREAS, the City Commission upon recommendation of staff, deems it 14 appropriate to grant an Easement to Florida Power and Light Company, a copy of which is IS attached hereto and made a part hereof. 16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF 17 THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: 18 Section 1. The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as 19 being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution upon adoption 20 hereof. 21 Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida does 22 hereby grant an Easement to Florida Power and Light Company to provide a power feed 23 source related to the City's INCA Project. 24 Section 3. That the City Clerk will record this Grant of Easement in the Public 25 Records of Palm Beach County, Florida. 26 Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
