MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CITY COMMISSION MEETING HELD IN THE
COMMISSION CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 18, 2006, AT 6:30 P.M.
Present:
Jerry Taylor, Mayor
Carl McKoy, Vice Mayor
Mike Ferguson, Commissioner
Kurt Bressner, City Manager

Bob Ensler, Commissioner
Mack McCray, Commissioner

I. Call to Order
Mayor Taylor called the Special Commission meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Mayor Taylor explained the meeting was called to ratify four action items of the South Central
Regional Waste Water Treatment and Disposal Board from their meeting of January 18, 2006.
Proposed Resolution No. R06-031 RE: Ratifying the action
taken by the South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Board, on
January 28, 2006, and authorizing execution of said agreements.
Motion
Commissioner Ferguson moved to approve Proposed Resolution No. R06-031. Vice Mayor
McKoy seconded the motion. The motion passed 3-0.
II. Adjournment
There being no other business to come before the Commission, Mayor Taylor adjourned the
meeting at 6:36 p.m.
