3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
4 THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
5 RENEWING THE CONSULTANT AGREEMENTS FOR
6 SERVICES WITH NINETEEN COMPANIES AS
7 GENERAL CONSUL T ANTS FOR ENGINEERING
8' SERVICES; ACCEPTING NEGOTIATED RATES OF
9 COMPENSATION FOR SERVICES; AUTHORIZING
10 EXECUTION OF CONTRACTS; AND PROVIDING AN
11 EFFECTIVE DATE.

14 WHEREAS, on November 15, 2005, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
15 Beach approved the renewal of the consultant agreements with each of the consultants
16 which were approved under RFQ #065-2821-03/CJD; and
17 WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, upon
18 recommendation of staff, hereby deems it to be in the best interests of the citizens and
19 residents of the City of Boynton Beach, to accept negotiated rates of compensation for
20 services, and authorize execution of contracts with each of the nineteen (19) companies;
21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
22 THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
23 Section 1. The foregoing "Whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as
241 being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part of this Resolution upon adoption
25 I hereof.
Section 2.
The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida does
26
27 hereby renew the following twenty engineering firms as being qualified to provide
28 consulting engineering work for the City's Utility Department, accepts the negotiated rates
29 of compensation for services, and authorizes execution of agreements, as follows:
