A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, IN
COMPLIANCE WITH THE STATE OF FLORIDA
RULE CHAPTER 9G-16.003(4)(d); THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH DOES APPROVE THE
REALLOCATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF
$165,194.00 OF THE STATE FISCAL YEAR 1996
FEDERALLY FUNDED DRUG CONTROL AND
SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT (DCSl) FORMULA
GRANT PROGRAM (AKA THE EDWARD BYRNE
MEMORIAL STATE AND LOCAL ASSISTANT
PROGRAM OR THE ANTI-DRUG ABUSE ACT
GRANT) FUNDS FOR THE PROJECTS WITHIN
PALM BEACH COUNTY; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Criminal Justice Commission serving as the
Substance Abuse .Advisory Board seeks approval in the reallocation of
Fiscal Year 1996 Anti Drug Abuse Act Grant; and
WHEREAS, in compliance with the State of Florida Rule
Chapter 9G-16.003(4)(d), the City of Boynton Beach does approve the
reallocation and distribution of $165,194.00 of the State Fiscal Year
1996 Federally Funded Drug .Control and System Improvement (DCSI)
Formula Grant Program (aka the Edward Byrne Memorial State and
Local Assistant Program or the Anti-Drug Abuse Act Grant) funds for
the projects within Palm Beach County listed in Section 1 below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
THAT:
Section 1. In compliance with the State of Florida Rule
Chapter 9G-16.003(4)(d), the City of Boynton Beach does approve the
reallocation .and distribution 'of $165,194.00 of the State Fiscal Year
1996 Federally Funded Drug Control and System Improvement (DCSI)
