The new philosophy of the Support Services Team is to provide accurate information, guidance, and training in the areas of expertise through consultation with internal customers frequently and expeditiously. And to transcend this philosophy to our external customers with excellent customer service as the foundation of our service delivery. The key ingredients of a successful team are good communication and cooperation among team members. The team will achieve success by meeting weekly in a 'creative environment, will coordinate activities as a team, and will monitor the pro~ss of the team and individual divisions to in_~m'e the goals and objectives are achieved within established time frames.
