NOW, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BEACH, FLORIDA THAT: The foregoing whereas clause is true and correct is now ratified and confirmed by the City Commission. That Section 72.1 of the City Charter of the City Boynton Beach shall be amended to read as follows: Sec. 72.1 CLASSIFIED AND UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE. The following shall constitute the unclassified service of the City and shall be exempt from the provisions of this Chapter [Article]: A. Members of the City Commission. B.
