RESOLUTION NO. R06- t (S'
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING CARL Me KOY AS A
VOTING DELEGATE TO REPRESENT THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH AT THE FLORIDA LEAGUE OF
CITIES, INC., 80th ANNUAL CONFERENCE TO BE
HELD AUGUST 10-12, 2006; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Florida League of Cities Annual Conference will be held on
August 10-12, 2006; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach is entitled and urged to appoint one
voting delegate to said Conference and wishes to bestow upon the following named
individual such right and honor of service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1.
The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby ratified and confirmed
as being true and correct and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2.
The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
hereby appoints Car 1 McKoy
as a voting delegate to the 80th Annual
Florida League of Cities Annual Conference.
Section 3.
That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
