A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
LETTER OF CREDIT SUBMI'I-FED FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN
AS BOYNTON COMMERCE CENTER II, AND ISSUED BY
MELLON UNITED NATIONAL BANK, (NO. MUNB-5627) IN THE
AMOUNT OF $33,550; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS~ the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, upon
recommendation of staff, does hereby accept the above referenced Letter of Credit (No. BA-
MUNB-5627) from Mellon United National Bank, in the amount of $33,550, as surety for the
construction of the potable water and sanitary sewer systems for the project known as
Boynton Commerce Center II.
NOW~, THEREFORE, BE I'T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMHISSION OF THE
C'rTY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORZDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida hereby
approves and accepts a Letter of Credit (No. BA-MUNB-5627) from Mellon United National
Bank, in the amount of $33,550, as surety for the construction of the potable water and
sanitary sewer systems for the project known as Boynton Commerce Center II.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
~assage.
