OFFENSIVE CONDITIONS", ARTICLE II,
"REFUSE, GARBAGE AND TRASH, BY DELETING
SECTION 10-29, "RATES AND fI4ARG~ FOR
CITY SERVICE"; BY CREATING A ~ SECTION
10-29, "RATES AND C~IARG~ FOR CITY SERVICE"
TO PROVIDE THAT THESE RATES ARE ADOPTED BY
RESOLUTION; BY PROVIDING THAT EACH AND
EVERY OTHER PROVISION OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES, NOT SPECIFICALLY AMt~DED
HEREBY SHALL Rt94AIN IN FULL FORCE AND
EFFFL~ AS PREVIOUSLY t~ACTED; PROVIDING
AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; PROVIDING A
CONFLICTS CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
A/qD AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR ~
NOW, 5~IEREPORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, that:
Section 1. chapter 10, "Garbage, Trash and Offensive
Conditions", Article II, "Refuse, Garbage and Trash", Section 10-29,
"Rates and Charges for City Service" is hereby deleted frcm the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach.
Section 2. That there be created a new Section 10-29 to read
as follows:
Section 10-29. Rates and Charges for City Service.
That the rates and d]arges for refuse collection
service provided by the City as adopted by Resolution
of the City Council shall be payable to the City of
Boynton Beach.
Section 3. Each and every other provision of the Code of
Ordinances, City of ~Boynton Beach, Florida, not specifically amended
hereby shall remain in. full force and effect as previously enacted.
Section 4. Specific authority is hereby given to codify this
Ordinance.
Section 5. All other ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are...h~reby repealed.
Section 6. SHOuld any section or provision of this Ordinance
or any portion hereof 'be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction
to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the remainder of this
Ordinance.
Section 7. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
