RULES, ~TIONS CONTROT.T.TNG PARKING OF
VEHICLES AT MUNICIPAL BEACH PROPERTY
LOCATED WITHIN THE TOWN OF OCEAN RIDGE;
PROVIDING FOR A REPEALING CLAUSE;
PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Section 16-82 of the Codified Ordinances of
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, concerning parking fees for motor
vehicles on the City's Municipal Beach property within the Town of
Ocean Ridge· Florida, is hereby amended to read as follows:
A daily parking fee is hereby established for all motor
vehicles parking at the public beach except those hereinafter excepted
in accordance with the following rates and charges.
CLASS 1. Automobiles, motor scooters, motor bikes, motorcycles:
May 1 - November 15
November 16 -April 30
