A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
A RELEASE OF CASH SURETY TO CASE HEALTH CARE
CONTRACTING, IN THE AMOUNT OF $42,185.00 FOR
THE COMPLETION OF MANOR AT NEWPORT PLACE;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Case Health Care Contracting previously posted cash surety
in the amount of $42,185.00 to ensure that all outstanding issues of the permit
for Manor at Newport Place Certificate of Completion are met; and
WHEREAS, a final inspection has been conducted on this project and has
been issued a Certificate of Completion;

OF THE C:I'I'~ OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
upon the recommendation of staff, hereby approves the release of the cash
surety in the amount of $42,185.00 to Case Health Care Contracting.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon passage.

Attached is a check in the amount of $42,185.00 from Case Health Care Contracting. This is a cash bond
for the Manor at Newport Place and is to be held until all outstanding issues of their permit are completed.
This should occur in the very near future.
Attached are the check and letters from J, Craig Stone of Peacock & Lewis and Stephen J. Spack of Case
Health Care Contracting concerning the deficiencies. Upon completion of the permit deficiencies, the bond
will be returned.
