A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY cOMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING RULE XI, SECTION 5. D. WORKERS'
COMPENSATION, OF THE RULES AND
REGULATIONS AND CIVIL SERVICE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission, upon recommendation of staff, has
determined that there is a need to amend Rule XI, Section 5.D. of the Rules and
Regulations and Civil Service to clarify the scope of supplemental payments to
employees on Workers' Compensation; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE cITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1 ._ Rule XI, Section 5.D. of the Rules and Regulations and Civil
Service shall be amended to read as follows:
D. WORKERS' COMPENSATION: Whenever an employee...
