A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING
REDUCTION OF A CASH BOND FOR SUNSET CAY
(BY BorIs HOMES) FROM $14,630 TO $5,000;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, upon recommendation of staff, does hereby approve the
reduction of a cash bond for Sunset Cay (By Boris Homes) from
$14,630 to $5,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida hereby approve the reduction of a cash bond for
Sunset Cay (By Boris Homes) from $14,630 to $5,000;
Section 2. That this Resolution
effective immediately upon passage.
