AMENDING THE PART I, ARTICLE 24. ENTITLED PROVIDING FOR A AI-I'ENDANCE AT PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION AND AN WHEREAS, the City Com has determined that in order for the City Commission to function at th most efficient level, certain provisions should be incorporated into the codifi NOW OF THE CITY OF Section 1.
