A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA AND MILNER DOCUMENT PRODUCTS,
INC., PROVIDING FOR LEASE AGREEMENT TO COMMENCE
AT EXPIRATION OF CURRENT LEASE FOR LANIER MODEL
6755 COPIER LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR WEST WING
OF CITY HALL; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach is desirous of continuing to lease the Lanier
Model 6755 Copier currently in the West Wing of City Hall; and
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of staff, the City Commission of the City of
Boynton BeaCh, Florida deems it to be in the best interest of the City to enter into a Lease
Agreement with Milner Document Products, Inc. for another 36 month period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1 The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida hereby
authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Lease Agreement for the Lanier
Model 6755 Copier in the West Wing of City Hall, between the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida and Milner Document Products, Inc., a copy of said Agreement being attached hereto
as Exhibit "A".
Section 2 This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
