COMMUNITY PLAN; AND CHAPTER 21 SIGNS, ARTICLE II CREATE A DEFINITION FOR WALL ESTABLISH A PROCESS AND TO REVIEW FUTURE WALL MURALS; )lNG FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
