A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THANKING
SCOBEE-COMBS-BOWDEN FUNERAL HOME FOR
CONTRIBUTING AND POURING THE CONCRETE
BASE NECESSARY FOR PLACEMENT OF
HEADSTONES FOR THE UNMARKED VETERANS'
GRAVES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Commission that Scobee-
Combs-Bowden Funeral Home has offered to contribute the concrete and pour the
bases, which are necessary to support the headstones for unmarked veterans'
graves; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission feels that this contribution provides a
great community service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. Each Whereas clause set forth above is true and correct and
incorporated herein by this reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
does hereby express their thanks and gratitude on behalf of the residents of the City
of Boynton Beach to Scobee-Combs-Bowden Funeral Home for providing the
concrete and pouring
Veterans' Graves.
Section 3.

passage.
