A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A LETTER OF
CREDIT SUBMITTED BY BAREFOOT COVE, INC.,
AND ISSUED BY COMERICA BANK, (NO.
536893); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, a new development, known as Barefoot Cove, is
being constructed within the Town of Hypoluxo, and will
be receiving sewer service from the City of Boynton
Beach; and
WHEREAS, the developer has presented the attached
Letter of Credit in the amount of $55,000 to cover the
cost of the sewer work and connection to the City's
existing lift station;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida upon recommendation of staff,
hereby approves and accepts the Letter of Credit (No.
536893) issued by Comerica for the development known as
Barefoot Cove, in the amount of $55,000.
Section 2. That this Resolution
effective immediately upon passage.
