A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE
FINAL PLAT FOR THE HILLS AT LAKE EDEN PUD,
ALSO APPROVING THE FORM AND CONTENT OF THE
DECLARATION OF COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR
THE HILLS AT LAKE EDEN PUD, WHICH DOCUMENTS
ARE ATTACHED HERETO AS COMPOSITE EXHIBIT "A";
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, upon recommendation of staff, does hereby accept the Final
Plat for The HillS at Lake Eden PUD, and also approves the form and
content of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for The
HillS at Lake Eden PUD, which documents are attached hereto as
composite Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, does hereby approve the Final Plat for The Hills at Lake
Eden PUD, and also approves the form and content of the Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions for The Hills at Lake Eden PUD, which
documents are attached hereto as composite Exhibit "A"
Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
