A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE
FINAL PLAT FOR CRYSTAL KEY PUD,.ALSO APPROVING
THE FORM AND CONTENT OF THE DECLARATION OF
RESTRICTIONS FOR CRYSTAL KEY PUD AND THE
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT, WHICH DOCUMENTS ARE
ATTACHED HERETO AS COMPOSITE EXHIBIT "A"; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Co~mmission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, upon recommendation of staff, does hereby accept the Final
Plat for Crystal Key PUD, and also approves the form and content of
the Declaration of Restrictions for Crystal Key PUD and the
Maintenance Agreement, which documents are attached hereto as
composite Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OFBOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1._ The City Commission: of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, does hereby approve the Final Plat for Crystal Key PUD,
and also approves the form and content of the Declaration of
Restrictions for Crystal Key PUD and the Maintenance Agreement,
which dOcuments are attached hereto as composite Exhibit "A".
Section 2.. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
