A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AN ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO THE CONTRACT
FOR ENGINEERING, ARCHITECTURAL AND SITE
PLANNING SERVICES WITH LAWSON, NOBLE &
WEBB, INC., FOR EZELL HESTER, JR. COMMUNITY
PARK; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Administration has made a recommendation to combine
the construction phases of the Ezell Hester, Jr., Community Park expansion project;
and
WHEREAS, Lawson, Noble & Webb, Inc., has provided satisfactory services for
Phase 1 of the project and are familiar with existing site conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
execute Addendum No. I revise, dated December 17, 1996, said Addendum being
attached hereto as Exhibit 'W'.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
