A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED FROM THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH TO GENINE PATTTERSON,
AS PART OF THE CITY'S IN-FILL CONSTRUCTION
PROGRAM; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City is currently engaged in an in-fill construction program
geared at improving certain areas of the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach is the owner of certain property located
within the targeted in-fill area, more particularly described as Lots 121 and 122, less
the south 20 feet, Block B, Boynton Hills;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby
authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Special Warranty Deed, conveying
property within the City's targeted in-fill program area to Genine Patterson, a copy of
said Deed being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon passage.

SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this y day of January, 1997, between THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter referred to as
"Grantor") and GENINE PATTERSON, whose address is Palm Beach County, Florida
(hereinafter referred to as "Grantee").
WITNESETH:
That said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS,
and other good and valuable considerations to Grantor in hand paid by Grantee, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee,
and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described land, situate, lying and'
being in Palm Beach County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 121 and 122, less the south 20 feet, Block B, Boynton
Hills, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4,
Page 51 of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Grantor does hereby warrant title to the land, and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through, or under the Grantor, but against none
other.
GRANTEE covenants that the real property conveyed by this instrument must be
used to benefit Iow and moderate income persons and/or families, as those terms are

defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Palm Beach
County, for a pedod of twenty (20) years from the date hereof. In the event of a breach of
this covenant, title shall revert to GRANTOR.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused this Deed to be executed by its duly
authorized officer the day and year first above written.
