AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 84-38 BY PROVIDING FOR
ADJUSTMENTS OF THE GENERAL FUND, THE
WATER AND SEWER UTILITY FUND, AND THE
GOLF COURSE FUND, AND ESTABLISHING A
SANITATION ENTERPRISE FUND, AND VEHICLE
SERVICE FUND, AND PROVIDING FOR THE CLOSING
OF THE SANITATION CAPITAL REPLACEMENT
FUND; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton
Beach desires cost centers for the accurate reflection of
revenues and expenses in the Sanitation and Vehicle Service
operations; and
WHEREAS, these cost centers abide by the standards
of governmental accounting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The General Fund is adjusted by the sum
of less ($1,648,397) to $13,176,074.
Section 2. The Water and Sewer Utilities Fund is
adjusted by the sum of $90,028 to $8,757,228.
Section 3. The Golf Course Fund is adjusted by
internal transfers which result in a net 0 change.
Section 4. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$2,011,100 for the operation and maintenance of the
Sanitation Fund..
Section 5. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$1,459,879 for the operation and maintenance of the Vehicle
Service Fund.
Section 6. The Sanitation Capital Replacement Fund
is hereby disolved and closed. ($225,350)
Section 7. The sum total of all adjustments, addi-
tions and closings formentioned, net less transfers is 0.

Section 8. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its second reading and final passsage.
