2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
3 CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A
4 PLANNING AND ZONING DEVELOPMENT PERMIT
5 FEE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF DOG ENCLOSURES IN
6 THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, AND PROVIDING AN
7 EFFECTIVE DATE

9 WHEREAS, the City Commission, pursuant to Part III, "Land Development
10 egulations", Chapter 1, "General Provisions", Article VI, "Land Development Fees", has the
11 uthority to establish fees for land development activities pursuant to Resolution; and
12 WHEREAS, the City Commission for the City of Boynton Beach finds that the
13 doption of a Planning and Zoning development permit fee for construction of dog enclosures
14 s necessary and is in the best interest of the health, safety and welfare of the citizens or
15 esidents of Boynton Beach.
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
17 HE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
18 Section 1. The above referenced whereas clauses are incorporated herein by
19 eference.
20 Section 2. The Planning and Zoning development permit fee for construction of dog
21 nclosures is hereby set at ten dollars ($10.00). The Planning and Zoning Development
22 chedule of Fees for Land Development Related Activities shall be amended to reflect the
23 lanning and Zoning development permit fee for construction of dog enclosures. A copy of
24 he amended fee schedule shall be maintained in the City Clerk's office as well as the Planning
25 nd Zoning Department.
26 Section 3. All resolutions are parts of resolutions and conflict herewith are hereby
27 epealed to the extent of such conflict.

1 Section 4. If any clause, section, other part or application of this resolution is held

2 ~y any Court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in part or application,

3 . t shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions or applications of this Resolution.

4 ! Section 5. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and
