A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AN DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AND
OCCUCARE, INC., PROVIDING FOR THE
WORKERS' COMPENSATION MANAGED CARE
ARRANGEMENT PROGRAM; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission upon recommendation of staff, deems it
to be in the best interests of the employees and residents of the City of Boynton Beach
to enter into an Agreement with OccuCare, inc., to provide for the Workers'
Compensation Managed Care Arrangement Program;,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach does hereby
authorize and direct the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an Agreement between the
City of Boynton Beach and OccuCare, Inc., to provide for the Workers' Compensation
Managed Care Arrangement Program for the City of Boynton Beach.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
