A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RATIFYING
THE HIRING OF AN ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the position of Assistant City Attorney was created in the
1996/97 budget and;
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has recommended that the City enter into a
contract with Michael J. Pawelczyk, who is curently performing services an an
Assistant city attorney, pursuant to the terms and conditons attached hereto as
Exhibit "A".
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
hereby ratifies the hiring of an Assistant City Attorney.
